I was asked to attend this practice by my practice after e consult service my experience was really good the Dr was excellent and gave me a diagnosis and treatment with full explanations I was only in the waiting room a few minutes but in that time the poor receptionist was verbally abused twice by patients I found this totally unacceptable and not warranted at all however she handled it really well remaining calm throughout Well done on a professional service Thank you

Had an appointment today with 2 of your General Practice Nurses. I was seen on time. They gave a thorough explanation of the procedure and carried out a tricky examination with great skill and professionalism. The second nurse went out of her way to try and distract me. I left with written instructions on what to do if I needed any further help. Delighted with the service!

In the area and needed urgent prescription - my GP is not local to South Shields. Contacted practice and triaged within an hour. Other practices could learn from their systems
