    I am very disappointed with the surgery they aren't interested in patients I have been to LRI adult emergency department and they referred me to see my GP (The report from LRI emergency dept hasn't been put on my records on line also) Been calling the surgery but no appointment is available I will only get the appointment to see a doctor if I called them by 8.30am which I did and I was 28th person in the queue, I was on the phone for 55 minutes and when answered I was told to call next day as they have no appointment Asked to get me an appointment within few days said sorry and my call was cut Very disappointed with this surgery Hope they improve Looks like no one is bothered Still I wish them well

    Been on hold for 25 mins but apparently number one in the que?? Still on hold whilst writing this. Staff try their best. Management need to buck their ideas up. Not good enough they’ve got a contract with the nhs to fullfill. Number one in que must be the phones on silent surely??

    After not having any appointments for over 3 years as i don't bother you doctor unless extremely ill I tried to see a doctor was given appointment with nurse to which I was left for over a hour just sitting there I walked out I'm now going to register with a new doctor complete waste of time avoid them they don't help you when you're I'll so avoid wasting your time by registering with them go else where

    Do not use Manor Medical Called on the morning of 28 Oct 22 and spoke with the manager he denied receiving any letter from Hospice for new medicine on 11 Oct 22. After requesting several times, he found the letter. Promised the prescription will be sent by afternoon. Checked with Pharmacy in the afternoon no prescription was sent. Called 4 times and was told it will be done today. The time now is 6.25 pm on the 28 Oct 2022 no information on when the prescription will be sent and I am without medicine.

    Would give a 0 if possible. Have not documented anything regarding my ongoing issue. Have tried to prescribe me things I can not take. Have never changed my medication notes as medication has increased which has resulted to me going without medication constantly. Constantly told its down to someone else to sort & has resulted to my medication being reduced ( although the higher doses were not working). Can never give a time that someone will ring & then have to sit on hold for ages if the call is missed. Over all very poorly run practice!!!

    I was given a telephone consultation by the receiption on 13.10.2022 with no timing and I waited till 1.15pm to take a phonecall but when I check online it was cancel without informing me and when I rang the surgery was closed I am not happy as I waited all morning without informing me

    I phoned for appointment this morning and was given a telephone appointment which I asked for before this surgery would have said all appointments are taken but now they are trying to put things right which is very good keep it up and the surgery will soon loose it's reputation for letting patients down

    I have been trying to get in touch over the phone as soon as you press the option 1 for an appointment an automated message says "we are very sorry but we are a busy call back later" I tried at 8 am 9 am and 10:30 am but still got the same message. I have previously had been through the phone but even then the staff takes over you giving reasons why they cannot give appointments. Seems like the managers and staff are not bothered to even monitor the service, they just wants to do 9 to 5 and that it.
