An assault happened to me. I was really surprised that the GP Service contacted me at 7:30/8:00 pm and I managed to see someone that same evening. Also got referred to Homerton hospital and found out what the problem was and has now put my mind at rest and the staff at the GP practice were great help and very professional. I am more than grateful to them for their time and care.

Wasn’t feeling well send a message on ask my gp & within an hour someone contacted me . I explained my concern to the gp , she listened attentively then explain what is happening, what she’s going to do & what I should next and if nothing changes I should get further help from the emergency team. With all of that being said she still reassured me I will be ok . I was really satisfied in the end & I will continue to give my best & honest reviews to this surgery. Lower clapton group practice is simply the best..

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve been a bothersome patient and I’m be even missed calls after requesting a call back. The staff were nothing but professional. I apologised because I know, what little time they have, is precious. Through, anxiety to brachial neuritis. All staff are amazing and so greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.
