   Since being a patient with this surgery I have had nothing but trouble getting to see someone or getting any help. The receptionist are rude and talk down to you on the phone and all you get is “ well go to A&E”. It’s for things like this that the NHS has a bad name how can I support the strikes when it seems like when you need help you can’t get it

   Lovely staff, after asking a few things of them nothing was too much trouble. They rang a few times keeping me up to date with where my perscription was at and when I could collect and were very helpful whilst requesting information for my daughter. Brilliant surgery and lovely team.
