Needed an appointment on a Monday which is one of the busiest days and the staff where very helpful and called me back within 30 mins and managed to help me and got ti see a GP

Since moving to the area I have used this doctor's for myself and my son several times for ongoing problems. I found all staff from reception to all 4 Doctors / practice nurse which we saw really helpful were willing to listen did not make us feel rushed and nothing was too much trouble. We were referred to appropriate specialists promptly and appointment came through quickly. The support and understanding of my son's situation was amazing and my own women's health and mental health support dealt with in an equally understanding and in a professional way advice was good helpful and explained clearly . I also witnessed patience and understanding with a couple who did not speak English as a first language and support for a young family filling in lots of forms this was done in a sensitive and supportive manner with explanations and assistance where needed .

: My daughter has had bloods since she was born due to having a under active thyroid. Every time has been traumatic. The first time having the done at the practice and not at home or hospital the nurse made her feel valued, and supported and relaxed. She let her take the bloods twice. I am so pleased with the support from booking by receptionist advice from the doctor to taking her bloods. Outstanding practice x

I visited in May 2023, a new patient, and never had such a positive experience of NHS healthcare. I was anxious to have a new contraception fitted, but the lead GP was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Totally allowed me to relax and get through with minimal anxiety. The appointment wasn’t rushed like most 10 minute GP appointments. Made all the difference. Thank you. Would highly recommend

I've recently moved to this surgery and I am very impressed so far, the receptionists are lovely and polite and I've never been in more than position 3 in the phone queue! The doctor I saw was professional and made me feel listened to, you could tell that she genuinely cared.

I have had appointments with the lead GP who has always demonstrated her utmost care and compassion on every occasion I have seen her. Not easy to get an urgent appointment but that's a nationwide problem due to shortage of GPs but I highly recommend her to my family and friends.
