    Last year, 'after patient feedback' they changed their phone system. It is still virtually impossible to get an appointment. I've called at 8am for 3 days at least 30 times each day and either can't get through or enter a queue that I simply haven't got the time to wait - I have to go to work. The online booking system NEVER has any appointments. It wouldn't be an issue as my requiremet isn't life threatening and I don't mind an appointment in the next 2 weeks. They just don't allow appointments to be made a few days (or even weeks) in the future. I am going to change practice as this situation is unacceptable.
