Whilst pregnant and visiting the midwife at Lime Square I received great care. The midwife was absolutely brilliant, really approachable and easy to talk to. Her care, advice & knowledge throughout my pregnancy was amazing, myself & my husband felt well informed and felt at ease. Thank you very much. Post pregnancy she was one of the nurses that visited me at home which was wonderful since having my son. Postpartum care for myself and routine vaccinations for my son have also been brilliant by the practice nurse. Thank you.

My family and I have always had extremely good experiences from lime square medical centre from the office staff, nurses, pharmacists and doctors. I have seen, at times, the pressure all workers are subjected to and consider them 100% professional .. obviously not everyone will have the same opinion as myself but I believe in patience, understanding and respect and therefore reap what I sow.

Explained to the nurse my symptoms she listened with care and understanding advised new medication and treatment which seems to be working i am more confident now that things will get better and thank her for her commitment to me.

I attended the practice for the second time in less than two weeks. All staff from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor were all professional, courteous, caring and helpful. I will be very reluctant to change my GP even if I relocated to far away address. I do boast of my GP services to my friends.

Came for bloods and ecg nurse was brilliant and so friendly lovely lady never have a problem when I go in to see the nurse or doctor

My third visit this month regarding my diabetes. Only this time I was seen by the Practice Nurse. She was amazing from the first minute, giving me reassurance and advice on what to do next and how to start living with my condition. I left feeling reassured and content. Thank you.

Great service, prompt and very helpful. Had a blood test performed and annual check. She is excellent but also a genuinely kind, considerate human being. I’am very thankful.

My father had a telephone appointment to talk through his urgent medication. Unfortunately, this was missed (telephone problems) so I rang back on his behalf (straight away) to be told they are still making the calls and he would be called back! Three hours passed and I called again to be told he is still on the list!!! Never received the call to discuss his medication! Rang this morning and told by a different receptionist she had an emergency and had to go but did some calls at home! But my father never received a call!! This is a disgraceful surgery with excuses after excuses! When you go into the surgery it’s always empty, so what on earth are they all doing all day!

Dear Patient, I am sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience of the practice. In order to resolve your concerns and answer questions please contact the surgery to discuss in more depth. The practice has a protocol in place for providing telephone consultations and the repeat calls, following failed encounters, are made at separate intervals, which can be at the end of the session depending on how busy the clinician is. Fifty percent of our appointments are still face to face. However, we are now also offering telephone, video, online as well as face to face consultations. We have a variety of clinicians which include Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurse Prescribers, Physician and Nurse Associates, Medical Support Workers, Health Care Assistants and Care Co-ordinators depending on your specific healthcare needs, who work at the practice and some may sometimes work remotely. Whilst it may appear on occasion that the waiting room is empty, the practice is extremely busy working in different ways, developed throughout the Covid pandemic. We are constantly reviewing and developing our systems to meet ever increasing demands to the service. Kind regards Lime Square Medical Centre
