They only offer same day appointments if you ring at 8am. If you are able to ring at 8am (which not everyone is - night/shift workers for example. People with depression etc. who can't do early mornings) you don't even get told whether you'll be called in the morning or afternoon. It's not practical to sit around all day waiting for a phone call. Which on more than one occasion has never come, or I've missed it because you're not given a time and the call comes the one minute you're away from your phone. This is a huge barrier to me receiving care that I should be getting. I'll only call if it's something urgent - like today - only to be fobbed off and told to call tomorrow at 8am when I'm not able to. They then said they'd give me a phone call when I've had a cough and bad chest/breathing for over 3 weeks. I don't need a phone call, I need to be examined. But first I need to wait all day for a phone call I'll probably miss only to have to fight to get a face to face appointment. I'm at my absolute limit with this practice. It just doesn't work. Also what about people with actual urgent needs that arise after 8am? They have to wait until the next morning for an appointment - how is that safe/practical? It's all a joke.

We are constantly reviewing our access levels with patient demand and have several alternative methods to offer including online access, direct referral to local Pharmacies for Minor ailments, more recently we have Extended Access via the local hub and LIVI appointments for video consultations, including evenings and weekends. Whilst pregnant and visiting the midwife at Lime Square I received great care. The midwife was absolutely brilliant, really approachable and easy to talk to. Her care, advice & knowledge throughout my pregnancy was amazing, myself & my husband felt well informed and felt at ease. Thank you very much. Post pregnancy she was one of the nurses that visited me at home which was wonderful since having my son. Postpartum care for myself and routine vaccinations for my son have also been brilliant by the practice nurse. Thank you.

My family and I have always had extremely good experiences from lime square medical centre from the office staff, nurses, pharmacists and doctors. I have seen, at times, the pressure all workers are subjected to and consider them 100% professional .. obviously not everyone will have the same opinion as myself but I believe in patience, understanding and respect and therefore reap what I sow.

Explained to the nurse my symptoms she listened with care and understanding advised new medication and treatment which seems to be working i am more confident now that things will get better and thank her for her commitment to me.

I attended the practice for the second time in less than two weeks. All staff from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor were all professional, courteous, caring and helpful. I will be very reluctant to change my GP even if I relocated to far away address. I do boast of my GP services to my friends.

Came for bloods and ecg nurse was brilliant and so friendly lovely lady never have a problem when I go in to see the nurse or doctor

My third visit this month regarding my diabetes. Only this time I was seen by the Practice Nurse. She was amazing from the first minute, giving me reassurance and advice on what to do next and how to start living with my condition. I left feeling reassured and content. Thank you.

Great service, prompt and very helpful. Had a blood test performed and annual check. She is excellent but also a genuinely kind, considerate human being. I’am very thankful.
