    The surgery site lists multiple numbers for contacting them, including an internal number. If you so happen to call this number, the person answering you will berate you for calling this number. If you do call the “right” public number, not only are they slow to answer, but they are rude and argumentative. Several times have I had missed medication prescriptions because they require a medication review and you have to proactively book it… for a time well beyond the renewal for the prescription. Reception is completely helpful in this manner and threaten to not answer the phone if they see your number.

We do not give out any internal number.There is another NHS service on the lower floor as you may be aware. However let us investigate your comments and I shall revert back to you on this website.     My girlfriend is pregnant, in may i went in to gp to ask about a prescription to be sent in a Farmacy in Seven sister road. I went to the pharmacy but any prescription was sent by the gp. I Called the gp again( pharmacy told me they couldn’t help me calling the gp) the member told me was impossible that they’ll didn’t send the prescription, result she round the guilty to me. Ok! My Fault! Today 13 July 2022 I called the gp this morning again for the same prescription ( iron or ferrrum ) after one hour waiting at the phone, they answered they can t make prescription by phone, only by sen an e mail mentioned by the staff and……Result:the e mail system host answered me I can t send the e mail at this address. Yet I m at phone waiting for the first member of the staff answer me for about 35 minutes. I can t wait born my kid to definitely Change gp. Thank you even if never will change

    I am sorry but I am unable to understand your complaint. Why did you want a prescription to be sent to a pharmacy in Seven sisters road while living in Leyton?
