  1. Review titled Poor online services and bookings

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 24 July 2023

I was in London before moving to Leighton Buzzard. Here everything is different. The online booking and consultation is just for name sake. I tried booking for consultations online but it always shows there is no available dates. If we are seeking for any blood test or other associated requests we just get a reply stating contact GP over phone for booking. The online services are meant to be for those who can't wait so long in queue. Requesting authorities to have a check on the online services. Its very distressing.

  2. Review titled Never had a problem with them

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Me, my wife and my son have needed the GP in recent months, my son more often. Every time we've phoned to see or speak to a medical professional, they've always been very accomodating. My recent visit, I was dead on my appointment time, the young lady doctor I spoke to was very thorough, and offered the options of further investigation or take a wait & see approach treating with basic pain relief. We agreed to the latter and thankfully that did the trick. But still good to know they we willing to take additional steps. Not a bad word to say about them in my experience. I don't need them often but good to know I can rely on them

Thank you so much for your feedback, as it is always rewarding to hear that you have received positive expereience with the Surgery, either by calling or attending the Surgery. The Surgery always appreciates patients taking timeout to acknowledge when they have received a good service. I will share your feedback with the whole team, who I know will be delighted to receive such positive comments.

  4. Review titled Awful, poor practice.

Rated 1 star out of 5

Staff are rude and poorly trained. No appointments available online, phoned in on Tuesday morning, waited 45 mins in call cue only to be told to try at the end of the week as appointments aren’t being released. Tried several times to no avail during 2 weeks, been without lifelong meds for 2 weeks. This practise desperately needs to be monitored and inspected. They are failing in providing their patients with the basic GP care. Would give them 0 stars however it’s not an option.

  5. Review titled Was told to rush

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 25 May 2022

Went into the surgery today for the first time with severe abdominal pain. I was asked by the doctor if could I do a urine sample I was told to go back down the stairs to the front desk to get a test cup (I am in tremendous amount of pain) as I was leaving the room the Doctor told me to hurry up because he had other patients to see. I felt like my health was not important and I was wasting there time, I was explaining what is going on and was told I don’t look like I was in the much pain, I just said I’m trying to stay calm I left with no pain relief just put on antibiotics I feel like that I wasn’t worth the doctors time and my health just didn’t matter.
