    Was impressed how quick a response I had from a query on Facebook , concerning flu jabs and covid jabs, the lady replying was very efficient, sorted my query out no problems. So pleased that there are more ways to contact the surgery ,other than telephoning , which is very frustrating , no stress . Have used the website previously too , brilliant responses every time . Thank you

    I very rarely need to see the doctor so on the odd occasion that I do I find the whole process unbelievably time consuming and hard to do. I called the surgery to book to see the doctor. I was told I had to visit the practice at 8am the next day. I visited the surgery next day at 8am, ( had to take time off work ) I explained my issue and was given a telephone appointment for sometime in the next few days. Unfortunately I missed the first call as I was at work in a no phone area, gratefully they did call back the next day and I explained my issue to the duty nurse, she sent me a link requesting photos , which I completed and sent off via the link. I waited two weeks and had absolutely no correspondence back , I called reception to chase up my case, the lady was not helpful at all and made me feel like I was a burden to her time, she said she was unable to find any information, despite me giving her the nurses name , I was told that once again I would have to take time off work to visit the surgery at 8 in the morning to book another telephone appointment. When I explained that I work full time and asking was there another way,I was simply told no. At this time I have still had no correspondence from the surgery and have not gone back despite my ailment getting worse. It's not a crime to be ill, I'm not a time waster and generally avoid the doctors unless I have real concern. You need to sort yourselves out Laurel House because you customer interaction is disgusting.

    Very grateful for the fast response to my email & the ease everything was organised for a future appointment for my daughter. The reception team staff member (wish I was allowed to mention her name) was very professional. Fantastic service. Thank you for your help !

    Trying to book an appointment to see a member of staff is often impossible. When you phone they say you have to contact them when they open ay 8am but doing that is impossible as all lines re busy till usually around 9am at which time itd "sorry phone back at 8am tomorrow

    I have used this aforementioned service on behalf of my elderly father, for his many medical matters. Everytime, I have found this offered service excellent 100%. I would like to offer exceptional service to the Reception Team.

    I’ve been registered at the surgery since birth in 1971 so have seen many changes. Generally I find the surgery very good although only being able to book on the day appointments is a step backwards for anyone who has a job and can’t sit on the phone trying to get through at 8 o’clock in the morning. On a positive note I attended my first menopause clinic appointment last night and it was superb. I was treated like an individual with care, understanding and concern. The appointment was 20 minutes which meant I could discuss all issues I had and receive thorough, helpful information. Can recommend highly to any menopausal ladies reading this. The best medical appointment I’ve ever had. Thank you.

    I have been a registered patient for nearly 15 years and I am genuinely shocked at how much the care and quality of service has declined over the past 3 or 4 years. It's almost impossible to book an appointment (even for a small child) and some of the receptionists are rude and uncaring beyond belief! This surgery is not fit for purpose!

    It is impossible to get an appointment at all anymore. They’re no longer taking bookings for future appointments so only have the ring on the day option. If you can get through the awful phone system and get to the receptionist you may as well hang up as they are pretty pointless as have no powers to do anything…. Might as well have the doctors answering the phones, dealing with the issue. I’ve been with this surgery 28 years and have never felt the need to leave a bad review. But enough is enough.
