On making a call yesterday I got the rudest receptionist to date.unwilling to listen to what was going on and also took it upon herself to make a clinical decision that I would not be seeing or speaking to anybody who is medically trained.i suspect she must have had a day off on Thursday of last week and missed the training day.Although I think you need to go right back to the drawing board and teach these reception staff how to communicate

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service provided by a member of our reception team. Please be assured that all our reception staff receive Customer Service and Communication Skills training when they start their employment with the practice and continue to receive regular updates to ensure that they are aware of the high standards that are required from them.
