    I ordered my repeat prescription on 12th July. Chemist would normally text to say they are in 2 days later but they didn't so went there and they said they hadn't been sent one. Rang the surgery to be told it wasn't sent as a lot of people have been ill. Was told they could send a prescription to the chemist for me to collect and i could go around other chemists to see if they had any. I finally got them today for my Parkinson's, having to go 2 days without any.

    I became a patient of the practice in Jan 2022. Since that time and without exception, my experience of the staff and services provided has been excellent. The practice has good leaders and caring staff. Every service provided has been delivered, professionally and swiftly. The Doctor's are proactive and accessible. The reception team are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are kind,friendly, knowIedgeable and are willing to go out of their way to be of help. I have used the following services and all of them have been excellent : doctors consultations,calls to the reception team, blood tests, making appointments and repeat prescription requests. The DR IQ app used by the practice is great. It's simple to use and staff respond swiftly. Thankyou so much!

    I contacted the Surgery to ask about my test results and was told that there were no records, despite being arranged by my GP, I then asked if she could ask my GP for information only to be told that I should ask the GP myself. I wanted to ask another question when, mid-sentence, the receptionist hung up!
