    Myself and my family have been with this practice for many years. The service received throughout the practice from GP's, Nurses and reception staff is second to none. Today I visited the Nurse who, as always took time to explain everything to me and was extremely friendly, caring, helpful and professional. On each occasion I have needed to contact the service I have been extremely satisfied with how I was dealt with and the outcome! Thank you to all at the surgery.

    Having been a patient at Kings Medical Centre for the past 34 years, I have nothing but praise for the whole team. The professionalism shown by everyone … from the Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists is second to none. The quickness of getting appointments and having blood tests is exemplary. I honestly believe we have the best GP Surgery in our area and for that I am extremely grateful. Thank you to each and every one of you for the amazing service you provide.

    Having been in, what I consider to be, the most fortunate position as a patient registered with this practice for the past 25 years I cannot fully express just how well the doctors & support staff have served me during this time, even during the recent covid pandemic. The receptionists always efficiently triage a specific need, and even manage to arrange ‘same day’ appointments in the most urgent cases. Being a retiree of a certain age, I am probably more demanding of their services than other patients may be, but the surgery has never once failed me. Onward referrals, to access services for which the surgery is not equipped to deal with, are always initiated without delay and the support the practice provides me with assures both my physical as well as my mental wellbeing. I find any initial telephone consultations most efficient, i.e., saves my time, the doctor’s time, fuel for my car, which also reduces exhaust emissions as well as avoid close contact with other patients seated in the waiting room – the recent introduction of a ‘state of the art’ telephone system completely smooths the process of appointment making. A big thank you to all at Kings Medical Centre.

    Always feel so grateful that my family and I are lucky enough to be registered at this practice. I hear so many bad stories about GP practices both local, and in general, and every time it makes me realise what a truly amazing service this one provides. I have never been let down by them and am always able to get an appointment and recently they were extremely helpful when I left my prescription late and was going on holiday. Also the staff covering reception are always pleasant and accommodating so you never dread calling as you know they will try their best to accommodate your needs on the day. All in all an incredible service even through some very difficult times.

    I would never want to change my surgery. By far the best always so accommodating and staff are second to none. Also doctors and nurses who have been hear for years so there is the personable contact
