    I have been to the Surgery to register and had my first Dr Appointment. Everything very professional and helpful.

    I went to kew surgery for my son appointment .i was reached there 10 min prior to the appointment time..it was written there the appointments will be displayed on the screen i waited there for half an hour .there was no notification came on the screen regarding my sons appointment. Then i enquiries to the receptionist she told we have to check in when we came and they won't be able to see him today so need to book another appointment. We visited the surgery previously but there was no check-in formalities,the name was displayed on the screen automatically. So its very disappointing that they change their rules and still kept a board the the appointment will be displayed on the screen.The receptionist was not helpful or either she was polite.

    Thank you for your taking the time to enter your comments onto NHS Choices. Patients have always had to check in either with the receptionist on the front desk, or via our self check in. This has not been in use for some time due to the pandemic and infection control, but we have now reopened this so that patients can check themselves in once again. Without checking in, our clinicians will not know you are here and therefore will not send for you. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and hope you will not have these problems in future.
