I have been a patient at Kensington Park Medical Centre for many years. The Reception staff is helpful and the doctors are kind. The surgery is clean and overall very good.

Your Review: The senior GP at Kensington Park Medical Centre sets a very high standard for his team to follow with a focus on individualised care & attention to detail. When I have had need to attend the surgery, I’ve always found the various GPs or other medical specialists welcoming & professional. During an immensely difficult time for all medical staff & patients alike, Kensington Park medical centre has achieved high standards of care & attention for its patients. I am extremely satisfied with the services I receive from this surgery & would recommend it to anybody.

Introduction of patches makes communicating with the surgery and doctors effecient. credit to those who have designed and initiated patches. kpmc keep abreast with current medication and treatment and referrals are swift. excellent.

I have been a patient of Kensington Park for 5 years and have always received a professional service from all members of staff. I feel confident in approaching the doctors, which is high on my priority for a good practice. All the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this surgery to all.

The reception staff here change often and are very poorly managed. They have been like this pre Covid and no number of poor reviews or complaints, from their clients, changes their service. The doctors are good, though under pressure, they make mistakes or don't follow up. I stay here because it is convenient, I moved into the area over 14 years ago, however I am very disappointment by the admin teams disorganisation and uncaring attitude. Really miss my old doctors wonderful, caring, local practice. Now there are restrictions on getting an appointment Kensington Medical Centre are even worse, if that was possible. You can be assured the reception team will make you feel stressed and upset.

The team at this practice are very polite and friendly. The medical center is always clean and spacious. I have been coming here for over 15 years and never had any issues. Thank you to all the team at kensington park medical center.
