    I can’t fault the receptionists, doctors, nurses or pharmacists. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to speak to someone and get an appointment at 8am. I can always get a same day appointment for my child. If an appointment is not available due to me calling late, the receptionists are always understanding and have offered alternative solutions where necessary. I’m really pleased with the standard of care and feel lucky to have such a great GP surgery.

    After checking in at 9.30 for a 9.40 appointment it was10.15 before seeing a practitioner and although it was a mistake by the receptionist it was implied that I hadn’t checked in. Despite twice querying the delay I was made to wait until other patients had been seen at their appointed time. The system needs to change so that no one can slip through the net. Why aren’t all patients called in the waiting room at the time of their appointment?

We have a self arrival screen which alerts clinicians to patients arrival, and again apologise if this system failed on this occasion. Kind regards on behalf of MH&BP

    Myself and family members have the same issues with the pharmacy team, they are rude, change medication brands without prewarning for sensitive to taste patients, delay telling you when they can't get hold of a specific medicine which is always a medicine that if not taken daily will cause high risks. Very unfriendly when you speak to them, they ignore you intentionally at the desk. Regular practice Dr's are very helpful and understanding and generally care. Receptionists apart from one are always welcoming and happy to help. One Receptionist is rude and would be more suited in the pharmacy going by their attitude and lack of people skills

    We apologise if any of our staff were rude to you and we will remind all staff of the high levels of customer service we expect. We are experiencing issues with stock, which is a national problem, and we do try and inform patients if there is a change of brands, and will remind staff to do this where possible.
