Phoned today for my 4 year old who has a foot injury and limping. Was on the phone at 8am as advised. Didn't get through until 8.34am and told no appointments left and to travel over an hour with my boy who's got a foot injury and limping. Everytime I phone the surgery I cannot get an appointment and told to go elsewhere. The receptionists are rude too. Not offered any follow up with my son, just go elsewhere for the health care he needs. He's 4 years old! They have a duty of care to any child under 5 and should leave appointments for children aside that news to be seen, as also advised when I've had to take my little boy to the hospital when they've refused to see us. NHS are so over run because you have these doctor's surgeries sending everyone to a hospital for simple things, instead of doing their job! No one needs a hospital for a runny nose!!!

Called today for results due to letter from hospital advising me to contact my GP to book an appointment. No contact from GP had test 5/7/23 , therefore called GP was number 2 in queue has to wait 32 mins which I find unacceptable, disgraceful service.

My son rang the surgery at 8am and was given a face to face appointment for the morning of that day. Unfortunately, he fell asleep as he was feeling ill and missed the appointment. He rang and apologised for missing the appointment and they gave him a face to face appointment for that afternoon. Reassuring and brilliant service. Thank you.

You can't get through..2 hours waiting to be told tomorrow for doctor to speak to you..l was number 11 in qué Few days ago number 1 in qué 30 min later l gave up..doctors are nice and good when l have had to see them..but you can't get in..

Waited over 40 mins after being told caller number 5. Tried another phone and rang a different number on their web site which was answered near enough straight away only to be told by receptionist that number you couldn’t make appts on. Why? Hung up in disgust
