I was given an appointment within one week to discuss an existing condition. The doctor was very thorough & reassuring. We agreed on an on going treatment plan which I was happy with.

The GP took time to explain the procedure, the risks and how long the injection might last. He was very thorough.

A very good and helpful experience. The check in process was easy and the waiting area clean and tidy. I didn’t feel rushed, and had time to discuss my concerns. I felt I was listened to and helped. Thank you

Wonderful doctor showing empathy and care. Dealt with my problems with courtesy and understanding. I didn’t have to wait long and booking in was really easy.

Excellent consultation with the Doctor that I saw - Very informative and efficient - took the time to discuss and explain the reasons for his comments and advice or outcome regarding the reasons for my visit.

I was very impressed with the service I received from the GP. She was very supportive and helped me with my concerns. I would not recommend the Homewell a practice because I hate using the Anima app and I find the whole process of trying to see a GP difficult and frustrating. This may be the same for all other surgeries but it is very poor customer service. Getting past the Receptionist “firewall” is similarly frustrating whenever I have tried it. This time however, the awful Anima app seemed to work and I was offered a face to face appointment the same day. The GP (another one that I had never met before) was absolutely superb. Credit where it is due, she was very good.

I don't usually get anyone to really listen to me or take me serious as I've had this ongoing issues fir over a year now but my GP noticed the changes in me and how much it's affecting my life and well being. He has took notes and wishes me good luck with my consultant at the hospital in a few weeks time. Hoping they can find what's going on. Hoping next time I see a GP in person they will believe me.

Takes about a mouth to get a face to face appointment. I can't see doctors or receptionist judging people over the phone on how they are physically! My experience with the face to face appointment was good the doctor was great.

I had reason to attend the Surgery to get the results of a x-ray. The GP was very professional yet compassionate and gave good information about the outcome of the x-ray and what the process is.

Saw a Doctor about two ailments and was told to go private for both because nobody is trained for one and the other they don’t do anymore. Or I could see a pharmacist. Went to the pharmacy and was just waved away. What do doctors actually do now? Took three weeks to get this appointment, left work early to be on time and told to go private. Total joke.
