    I needed a prescription quickly when I was going on holiday. I used Econsult and received a prescription and a very courteous email in less than 2 days. I had thought I would need to see the Dr face to face, but a family member recommended I use the Econsult service, so I did. Your service was really efficient and meant I had the prescription well in time for my holiday. Thanks so much.

    I have a standung 10 week appointment and every time at Holdenhurst Road they have been on time. The service i got through the NHS app requsting a sick note was quick and great response from the surgery. I also called and for the first time in a long time it was answered almost immediately.

    I gained my appointment fuss free, no hurdles whatsoever, and supportive staff. The GP listened and acted upon my concerns with a referral being made.

    Very kind and caring doctors. We have a learning disabled and his care has been very very good. We have seen as a family four different doctors all of whom have been brilliant.

    Very nice and professional nurses and GPS and receptionists . For example I can recommend a good service for blood test and diabetes care. Thank You for help and good luck with the future

    Your telephone queuing system needs a big improvement, takes ages to get thro’, ditto appointment making! Wonderful Doctors tho’ always excellent! Keep up your good work, thank you!

    Thank you for your review Judith. The practice purchased a new telephone system last year which includes music on hold and regular updates of queue wait times, both comments patients had told us they would like to see following patient surveys. Feedback has improved however we accept there is always room for improvement. We review the call data regularly to identify peak times to ensure we have maximum coverage and have boosted our reception team to help with patient demand.     1. I rang for an appointment 1st thing as I'd damaged my ribs. Appointment within half an hour at holdenhurst Road surgery. Saw a lovely lady doctor who sent me straight to Bournemouth hospital for a chest x Ray. She even rang me later to see how I was doing. Turned out I'd broken 8 ribs and punctured my lung. Was in Southampton hospital by 8pm. Brilliant. Thank you

    The practice kept tossing me back and forth royal Bournemouth hospital for a blood culture. The practice also does not follow through with patients. They would promise to get back and not return a call
