    Firstly I called for an appointment and was told I would get a callback. I never received the callback. I then called the next day got an appointment, turned up before my appointment yet was not seen until an hour and 15 mins after my scheduled slot. When asking how late the doctor was running i wasn't given a timeframe and then it turned out that a patient that had an appointment after mine had been seen by the same doctor before me.

    Thank you for your comments. I am disappointed to read that you did not receive a call back and that you had a long wait for your face to face appointment the following day. I can only apologise.
