Recently my daughter and I both attended Hilltops medical centre for different reasons. We both had an incredible experience. Receptionist was wonderful and helpful and the Doctors were amazing. Their names are not on the system so I could not at them to the incredible experience we both had. So caring and understanding and went above and beyond for both of us.

I am fairly new to this practice but the service I have received both from HCA and GPs have been exceptional. The reception staff are so helpful and do whatever they can to help you. Thankyou all for your service.

Spoke to receptionist about a repeat prescription issue, she couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. She completely put me at ease and gave practical advice and sorted the issue.

Not needed to visit the surgery for over 2 years, but today had an appointment for an annual medication review and mot. The lady I saw was extremely competent, a very friendly lady. When she took blood she took great care and I can say it was the first time I did not feel a thing (and I have given many pints of blood in my life). I also saw the gp who was equally competent and had my prescription sent to Boots immediately. I can’t fault this surgery and the cars they give is superb - thank you Team for looking after me

I wish I knew the receptionists name, but I hope she will recognise the scenario. I had an extremely narrow window of availability to have a blood test. This lovely receptionist wasn't able to offer me an appointment for a blood test at a time I needed, and invited me to call again, as appointments are released daily. Then she absolutely floored me by offering to look in to this in a few days and book me an appointment. I was very touched by this really kind gesture, but I honestly did not think she would really have the opportunity to do this as gp receptionists are so busy. The receptionist messaged me the next day to say she had had no luck. I forgot all about booking my appointment and a week after our first contact, I received a link to book an appointment on my preferred day at my preferred time! What amazing customer service, thank you so much!! I annoy a lot of medical receptionist because I have such limited time to attend appointments and to have someone who got it, and was kind enough to add to her work load to help me out, well I was so deeply touched I got a lump in my throat. To my unnamed heroine, your kindness has touched me deeply, Thanknyou so very much for your kindness!!!

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my 93yr old mother. She is having excellent care, she was unwell this morning and called reception. The lady answering was very kind and understanding and arranged a home visit by a doctor who arrived very quickly. The doctor was very kind and reassuring. I am really impressed and can't thank the practice enough.

What a shambles you have no chance of seeing or talking to anyone .I wanted some advice on new medication I was given but the Doctors all go home at 1 so what is the point of trying . Told to queue outside at 8 am to see if I can get to see someone worst surgery in MK

I just wanted to say that every time I have needed your service, you have been super quick at answering my query and got me the help that was needed. I have contacted the Doctors several times recently and the service has been the same each time with friendly helpful staff. Thank you
