I came in this morning to sort out an appointment for a child I'm worried about. It was all proving a bit tricky but the receptionist sorted it all out for me and I'm so grateful. The doctors here are fantastic too - couldn't ask for better care.

As many others have noted, the appointments system does not work. Getting to see a doctor - or even to get to speak to one on the phone - is almost impossible. Front desk staff are not rude but are completely inflexible.
