Needed a tetanus jab, and the receptionist was really helpful in checking my details and calling me back, also the nurse that was covering my normal one was really informative and gave me some imperative advise.

Very helpful ready to listen to all your problems and help if possible and if there are any mistakes they are rectified immediately . Haven't got a bad word to say about them Couldn't recommend enough

Can't see doctor. Only have phone call but they only ring for seconds so, have missed a few so, then have to ring surgery and can wait up to 45minutes to answer to get another appointment which can take up to 2wks.

Dear patient, Thank you for feeding this back to me. We have been and will be continuing to offer face to face appointments with the GP after they have been triaged by the GP. This is something as a surgery we have decided is safest as the calls are triaged and the GP will decide when the patient can be seen and if they can clinically wait or need emergency appointment. I do apologise if this did not work for you, If you would like to speak to me about this incident please call the surgery and ask for Rachael the Practice Manager and I will look into this and feedback to the team. We do have a range of appointments available to directly book who may be able to help, including Paramedic, Pharmacists, Practice Nurse, Nurse Associate, First Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Nurse, Health Care assistant and initial telephone triage with the GP that can then be booked a face to face with the GP on the phone at that time if needed. We now have a new phone system that should help with patient phone waiting times and the option to receive a call back rather than hanging on when our phones are particularly busy. The clinician will try more than once to get through to you on your appointment day. We have a range of slots to offer including later worker slots if access is an issue. If your medical issue has not been resolved please call the surgery 01922683857 and I will be happy to assist you in booking an appointment. Feedback on our phone and appointment system does not go ignored and we discuss all patient feedback at our practice meetings and with our telephone provider to try and provide the best service for our patients. Been with this practice for many many years and have never been disappointed with the service, even through covid they did their very best, and it's always a very pleasant and personable service when you are there, and they will go out of their way to make sure they do everything they can to get your health problems sorted

The reception girls are lovely, helpful and friendly. The GP is really good he takes the time to explain everything and gives time to listen and care. I see lots of negative things in the media about GP practices but this one is really good. I can get an apt when needed and I am prompted for my bloods which is good! They have a new system which allows to book directly in to a slot which is so easy. Cant fault the practice

Great practice with helpful friendly staff.. My call was answered within 10 mins. I was asked for a brief description of my problem and was offered a telephone appointment that day. The Doctor decides who requires a face to face, which I think is more than fair and makes perfect sense. The GP rang in the allotted time frame and offered me a face to face appointment for later that day. I was given an examination and treated accordingly. Surgery staff were polite and competent and I was dealt with in timely manner.

The way I was treated when I attending the surgery by the receptionist was absolutely disgusting!! They are rude, think they are the doctors and do not care for the patients one bit!! I advice people away and am also looking at getting a new surgery... Doctors good, receptionists a joke!!

Admin team are polite and happy to help with telephone enquires. Nurse and HCA are great and hard work. GP very thorough with his examinations and advice.
