    We went to see her as the baby developed a rash and she prescribed 2 creams but they did not work. 2 weeks later we saw the same lady Dr and she offered to px two new things to combat the rash that had gotten worse. How lovely to see Dr's who want to do all they can to help! They even left me a separate message about the 2nd cream. She is such an asset to the surgery.

    Tried numerous times to get through on the phone. Ended up driving there , when waiting over 30 mins to obtain a prescription all you could hear was the phone ringing and no one answering it . I thought there was only one person on reception and that was the reason why . Then someone finally answered it in the back room I then realized there was two people in there as well .They answered two calls in half an hour ! Worse thing was i think they are oblivious to the fact that everyone in the queue can see what's going on .Needs a big shake up you wouldn't get away with this in any other job .

    Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with the practice. We are sorry to learn you have experienced problems when trying to access the practice. We have recently made changes in the practice and we are care navigating patients to the most appropriate service/clinician, we are also offering more on the day or prebookable appointments, either face to face or a telephone consultation. This week we 'have 'gone live' with a dedicated Patient Services Hub and the team are answering all the four Coastal Sites telephone calls.     Can’t get an appointment which is not surprising as how ever early you ring , no one answers the phone . I even called in early with my mobile ringing the number and there was no one answering the phones and no phones ringing ? Always empty when I have been in there , so I don’t know where the people are who managed to get the appointments ?

    Can not get appointments always phone call different doctor all the time they never have time for you and don’t listen always try to get you to ring 111 Receptionist rude and not helpful No one answer the phone even booking a telephone contact is hard told to ring at 8am and no one answer phone or no appointments left told we can only go to hemsby unless it suits them for you to go any of the other practices in there chain all the doctors seems to be locums so you don’t see the same doctor twice Tried to book flu vaccination as a family of 5 told would have to be on different days and times

    Been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment or a phone back but always engaged from 8 till 9. Have called in and been told that will have to phone again tomorrow not really good enough, i have pains in my leg and hip but can not get checked out possibly could be cancer! I hope the Govt sort it out soon it is a disgrace i do not know what to do now go private i bet that would not take long.
