    Today, I contacted the practice following a injury to my neck. They were at full capacity but the receptionist managed to arrange a call back. She kept me updated with roughly when the call would be and was very kind. During the consultation, the practitioner was very empathetic and listened to my concerns to decide the best course of treatment. I would highly recommend this practice, I've never had a bad experience with them.

    Ringing up for an appointment is always hit or miss as they run out fast, I was lucky in this occasion. The receptionist seemed less than happy as is often the case here. The call was handled efficiently however. The appointment itself was taken a doctor whom I have been seeing frequently for my particular problem, and he is always courteous and understanding, knowledgeable and confident. Not all doctors are created equal but most of the doctors at this practice are very good.

    I had to call in to book an appointment for a drugs review and as per usual the lines were engaged. However perseverance pays off. Sit in the queue and be a patient patient and I got through to a lovely lady who arranged a telephone call that morning. By ten am the doctor had called and did the review in a professional friendly and sympathetic way and made me feel very at ease. I would recommend them and say just be patient and your turn will come. Thank you NHS

    The worst doctors I have ever dealt with. Vile front desk workers No help what so ever The most frustrating process ever, you would have thought a manager would review the reviews and change something. Doesn’t surprise me that they don’t

    You call for an appointment, told they have none and told to call back daily. You cannot book in advance only on the day. We have been trying for over 2 weeks to book an appointment but constantly told that they dont have any. When asked why, we are told they are up to capacity yet the receptionist confirmed that they are still taking on new patients which goes against what they are saying. This medical practice needs an investigation into the way they are dealing with existing patients. They have multiple sites some of which are closed due to lack of electricity and phone lines constantly down. How is this fair on patients needed medical attention??

    Dear Patient We are very sorry you have had a bad experience in accessing our services. We have had a few clinicians leave lately and have new clinicians starting early December which will increase the number of appointments available. we are in the process of having a new telephony system installed that will have far more functionality like call back and specific patient priority. Unfortunately we have builders in the area that have cut through vital power cables causing total power losses in the neighbouring area, which is totally out of our control. We can only apologise and please know that we are aware of these issues and are trying to improve access and services to all patients. Kind regards Operational Manager

    Rude receptionist. Never and I repeat, never answer the phones. Days on end I have phoned, 30-40-50 mins on hold. Lazy not willing to help. Can honestly say I’ve never dealt with a worse GP.

    Dear Patient, I am sorry you have had a bad experience at our Practice. I can assure you the phones are answered but the demand at present is very high due to large numbers of new registering patients in the area. We are trying to improve patient access by installing a new telephony system, this will have the option to obtain a call back to save being on hold for long periods.
