The medical staff remain excellent and the administration is slowly improving as the practice comes to terms with the new information technology systems. Unfortunately the experience today was marred as before by an inflexible receptionist with an inclination to talk down to patients.

I could not praise this practice more. I suffer from PTSD but am always given time to discuss this and any other medical issue's. Doctors are polite, friendly, and very caring. Reception staff are very helpful too I find personally, and Always helpful. From Doctors, to Nurse's, to Reception staff, overall a top quality doctor's surgery.

I completed the on line Triage form explaining my symptoms and felt as thou the receptionist has the power to give an appointment after I called as it states I will hear within 2 days. Considering I'm breathlessness and 60 with ongoing medical conditions. This is pretty disgusting.

I know people whinge about GP surgeries, but Hampton Medical Centre has been brilliant to me. I have had a number of medical issues over the last year and on every occasion, I have felt seen, heard, respected and understood. From discussing and agreeing with me what an appropriate course of action would be (not just imposing) through to willingness to refer and to conduct certain tests. It doesn't matter which GP I see in the practice, I experience the same compassion and respect. And the same for the nursing team and the admin team. I would definitely recommend the practice.
