    A couple of days before xmas i tried for 2 days to get an appointment stating that i thought i had a kidney infection and was in agony with pain in my back i got nothing from the receptionist at cuxton or halling all i got was ring 111 i did say i wouldn't necessarily have to see anybody but i thought i might need antibiotics but still no response from either surgery eventualy i was so desperate i rang 111 they were disgusted by the treatment i had received and said they would send over a referral for me to see somebody they told me to ring the surgery back which i did they denied receiving anything from 111 and was quite rude i then phoned back 111 who got in touch with medway hospital who then rung me they did prescribe me some antibiotics and it did improve but the pain in my back has not totally gone the receptionist at both surgerys are totaly uncaring unless it is someone they know i have been in the surgery in cuxton and the receptionist has given out appointments for later on in the week but everytime i ring i am always told to ring back then when you eventually get through all the appointments have gone i dont know why you dont change the system to queuing up at the surgery first come first served as normal working patients have not got a hope in hell of getting an appointment i think this system is disgraceful no wonder the hospitals are stretched as everybody are so desperate they cant see their own gp so in desperation go to the hospital

    I joined the practice at the end of October this year and have been very pleased with how pleasant and helpful both the doctor and reception staff have been.

    Both my husband and I have been seen promptly face to face in the last two weeks by a doctor. This surgery through Covid has given the people of Halling a fantastic service and listening to the media we feel extremely lucky to be a patient of this practice.

    Hello I just wanted to drop a line to say what an amazing job the receptionists at Halling MC do! They are all always so friendly and give you complete confidence, they all go above and beyond. They are sensitive and discreet when needed. Today particularly when there was an issue with my prescription they were so helpful and resolved the issue in minutes. Thank you
