I just wanted to leave a comment to express my gratitude for the Doctors & nurses at this surgery. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful choice of amazing Doctors! I saw the GP this morning for my son, who was showing symptoms of croup. The Doctor was very thorough with his examination, he was very respectful and listened to my concerns! Especially as my son’s symptoms had improved from the night before. I didn’t feel rushed and the doctor was very informative too! My son was also comfortable with the GP because the GP made an effort to engage with him, which was lovely! Thank you for the amazing care you continuously provide for your patients!

Phoned to book an appointment and the receptionist was rude and intrusive. I understand some personal information needs to be taken but they questioned my reason for wanting to see a doctor in a derisive tone, this was after being unhelpful in the first place by simply saying “We don’t do that here.” Instead of offering a solution or simply allowing me to book an appointment. Came across as if they were in a position of diagnosis and judgment.

I have seen Doctor twice now, and both times he has explained everything to me thoroughly, he has an extremely reassuring way with him that puts you at ease. I would have no problem discussing any issue with this Doctor. Thank you Haiderian Medical Centre for all your staff being understanding and patient. Hope Doctor remains with the surgery.

This is the second time I have seen this Doctor and I have been so impressed with how thorough he is and also how he explains everything in detail. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt reassured that he had done the necessary examinations / referrals. I hope he stays at the surgery

I got a quick appointment, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was extremely pleased with how understanding, caring and professional the GP was.

Today I had an appointment with the male doctor at the Haiderian medical centre regarding a persistent cough. This is the second time I've been to see this doctor and he is truly wonderful! I never feel rushed during our appointments and find him to be very thorough and highly knowledgeable. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you.

My experience with the new doctor at the Cranham surgery on 26th April this year was very good. He seemed very interested in my health issues and clearly checked my records prior to my consultation with him. We had an in depth conversation in the way forward. I hope this Doctor stays.

Following a conversation and examination with one of the doctors at my GP Practice he referred me for an ultrasound. This appointment came very quickly. I was asked to book a telephone appointment with the doctor to discuss the results. Unfortunately the waiting time to get an appointment is a long time. However when I did speak to him he was excellent. He informed me of all the results of the scan and is going to refer me to a specialist. This doctor is excellent and is willing to listen to you. I can’t fault the doctor only the time it takes to get either a telephone or face to face appointment
