Saw a dr on the 31/3 at the Dorking way surgery he saw what the problem was and got me an appointment at the hsp for that day where I was seen and treated for a complaint that could have been serious if left. I have alway found the reception staff, drs and nurses there to be understanding and helpful we are very lucky to be under a surgery like this in this day and age xx

Spoke to a most helpful receptionist and given an appointment for the next day. The Doctor dealt with my issue in a professional and caring manner. Referral letter sent to me within 30 minutes of my appointment. Excellent service. Thank you

I have been with the Haderian practice for many years and continue to be very satisfied with the service provided. For my latest experience, my phone call was answered quickly and I was given a same day, face to face appointment, due to the seriousness of my condition. The doctor was calm and reassuring and took his time to listen to me and undertake a full examination. He made a follow up appointment while I was still with him and said I could call in the meantime if my condition worsened. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have been with the Haiderian medical centre almost my entire life (36 now) and have always experienced a fantastic level of service from their practices. My most recent appointments have been with the male doctor and have been incredible. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely cares about the issues you're having. I always leave my appointments with a sense of a relief from speaking to him. A true credit to the practice and medicine as a whole. Thank you.

Very helpful and friendly receptionist(s) sometime a little bit of a challenge to make an appointment with my preferred GP but is well worth the wait. I have the utmost confidence in my GP with her knowledge and attitude towards me as a patient.

Phoned on 26th January 2023 explaining that I had severe pain and needed a re-prescription of medication. I was told the next available appointment to speak with the GP on the phone was mid February. That the GP would phone me in the morning of 13th February (no specific time given) and I would have to wait to take the call when they are available at any time in the morning. I was not given a precise time slot (other than the fact it would be in the morning). As I am in severe pain I think this is totally unacceptable wait time. Noted a previous reviewer told wait times for GP appointments were not that long. This is false.

I have been with this practice for 36 years and i can say in no way have i had a bad experience. They have been extremely kind and helpful and very thorough. Brilliant practice.
