I cannot express the relief to be able to speak to the senior pharmacist about diabetes and learn something for myself as he takes time to explain but also to feel so cared for by his knowledge and approach to this subject .. his assurance and confidence he gives me is just wonderful .. thank you thank you

I have been using this practice for 27 years and have always had an excellent experience with the Doctors and nurses when ever I have had a reason to visit.

I was made to feel as if I was the only patient the nurse was interested in and that she had all the time in the world to listen to me.

Despite staff shortages I have been pleased with how quickly I have been seen although I'd still prefer more face to face. The nursing staff are excellent and the pharmacist is a great addition.

I was wainting for an appoiment 1 month and They cancel befor one day…after i go there But she Said i can t do appoiment here you must ring on The phone i Called 3 Times for a routine consult But They don t want to give me or They are very incompetence!

I enrolled with this practice in February and still don’t know who my GP is. It’s impossible for me to get an appointment within a reasonable timescale and I’ve had to go Private to resolve an issue that was causing me significant pain. I’ve tried both phone and email but the staff and doctors there just don’t care and so they never respond in any kind of meaningful way. Their arrangements for seeing patients are in place solely for their benefit and they will do whatever they can to deny patients access to healthcare that they are entitled to receive. My experience with this practice to date has been appalling and I see no prospect of improvement in the near or mid term future.
