My experience from the point of asking a question to completing the procedure has been amazing - very quick in responding, quick in booking the appointment, timely reminders, on time start of the appointment and finally empathy and care during the procedure - thank you Dr and Nurse and team!

Want to say, over the last few months, how much on the boil , the Grove has been, all issues , been dealt with , quickly, and very pro, we can always find faults , but from my experince to date , hard to find , hats off to all and thank you.

I have found all the staff to be really pleasant & helpful. In particular the nurses have all been incredibly friendly, warm & kind. They have really put me at ease when going for recent tests. The receptionists are also stars! Thanks for all the great work you do in very challenging circumstances.

I just want to thank all who saw me today at the practice. i was in a bad state due to multiple failures of the equipment i use to monitor my Blood Glucose. I'm a t1 Diabetic and hadn't been able to test my bg for approx 24 Hrs. The receptionist who was one of the two people available in the surgery today was exemplary and helped me get an emergency bg meter and strips. I cannot thank your hardworking staff enough for this. I didn't have an appointment, yet they dealt with my needs immediately. It saved me from having to go to Accident & Emergency on a day when both the ambulances and nursing staff were on strike. 10/10

All staff are welcoming, friendly & professional. I've only had positive experiences with the staff who are supportive & compassionate. Thank you for your great service!
