My experience with this practice is always good till date, receptionists are very responsive and helpful, whenever I call them, my call gets connected within a couple of minutes and whenever they promise that I will get a call back from the doctor, I did get called back at a given time. I have read some bad reviews and was unsure while choosing this practice, but I never see any issue personally. Doctor also listens carefully and not in rush which I appreciate. Generally, I get appointments easily. I found the practice is always clean and receptionists are capable in their work. I hope they will maintain the excellent service in coming times too. Thank you Greenwich Peninsula practice.

I was under the impression the phone lines open at 8.00am. This is un true all you get is this line is busy. You would normally hear the recorded message stating where you are in a queue. I strongly believe the phone switch board?. Is not turned on till late than 8.00am. Only this morning I finally got the recorded message at 8.37am was in a queue of five. This got down to one and I was very rudely cut off. When I did get to speak to a receptionist and mentioned this. I never got a reply let alone an apology. I think the practice is slowly getting worse and would not be surprised if one day it closes.

The current phone system is already being investigated, and we are looking for ways to expand and improve our current lines. The doctors here really listen, talks through your needs and ensure any follow up takes place. Definitely recommend.
