   Thank you to the receptionist who I contacted this morning because I needed an emergency prescription. She was so helpful ( they are not all like that, only a handful of them). She tried her best to help us,, Was patient, polite and apologetic we could not get sorted ( medication out of stock in the emergency chosen pharmacy). Thank you for your support

   Unfortunately, I feel I have to write this review due to a very curt receptionist who dealt with my enquiry regarding a referral to a consultant, as recommended by the doctor I saw 5 days ago. My health has deteriorated which is why I'm being referred. I was told that I'm 'on the list' and more urgent cases being dealt with. I asked to speak to the secretary but was told I couldn't. I felt like there was no way I could move this referral forward. I'm deeply dissatisfied by such a lack of understanding and being shut down by the phone being put down on me.

   I visited the practice in may and everyone was very polite and helpful. I received great medical care. I was extremely happy with the service provided by the practice.
