   Having asked for my medical history, I was given an awful summary which missed three of my disabilities, as if I was never diagnosed with them. Having explained their error, I waited over 2 weeks for them to make the exact same issue. It's impossible to get a drs appointment also, if you're disabled, have serious medical conditions, or want your gp to actually know what conditions you have, don't go here.

   All the staff and doctors are kind and professional, which can be rare in the NHS. I recently had a few issues and they have been dealt with in a very kind and professional way. I've had horrific experiences with another practice in Warrington and other parts of the country. So I'm so grateful I'm with Greenbank surgery. Thank you.
