I arranged a medication review for my 92 year old father with the help of a very courteous and professional receptionist. The clinical pharmacist phoned when I was expecting him to, was polite and thorough. A very positive experience as was how I found things six months previously for the same purpose.

I have been with this surgery for some years now and I cannot fault the care and attention given by the doctors and nurses ,I would also like to mention the reception staff who are excellent many thanks to everyone

I have received a letter from this practice to advise that myself and my family are outside of the GP boundary and must therefore find a new GP. Apparently I am 1 road away from the boundary, but few years ago moved to this GP, as the nearest 1 was absolutely awful, no appointments, always got my repeat script wrong, obnoxious staff, no way to complain, etc. now looking at their reviews again, it looks like that GP has gone even worse! But I am reading reviews on this surgery and am shocked to see negative reviews for this also. Maybe some of us who have received nothing but professional courtesy from staff, quick and easy availability of appointments either for the practice nurse or GP, the professional and friendly practice nurses and GPs that I have had the pleasure to be treated by, etc, may not feel the need to praise these professionals when praise is due. As a soon to be ex patient of this practice, myself and my family thank you all for your help over the years, and we are all filled with trepidation as to the standard of car that we are likely to receive at our next practice. If only we could stay at Green Lane, we would be the happiest patients on Merseyside. Again I thank you.

I am absolutely amazed by the fact that the receptionists from this medical centre are simply creating rules of their own,I was on the phone to try to get an appointment for ages(from the first minute of their starting schedule), they take one hour break before they open the lines,after that waiting, they told me I need to call again tomorrow just because I didn't want to mention my problem why I called! I wonder why would she ask me for my problem if she can't make no more appointments at 9:30Am called at 9Am waited in the queue 30 minutes.

maybe I've been lucky but I cant help but praise all the staff receptionist doctors and nurses I've never been refused an appointment or telephone consultation yet as an example phoned at 2/45 and the doctor rang me at 3/00 so once again can only thank them and give my honest opinion W well done

Duty of Care or lack of should I say they have a clear out of patients quite often and it doesn’t matter what issues you may have. But to do it when a child is going through serious mental health issues failed us as a family in their ‘duty of care’ but they’ve actually done us a favour we’re in an amazing surgery now who put their patients first and not their ‘business’
