    Like the old days phoned 8.30am answered after 2 minutes. Appointment for next day. This was not an emergency but needed routine attention. Doctor and receptionists welcomed with a smile.

    Everytime I call to get my problem resolved, I either can't get through or I was in a long qué just to get to caller number 2 and then they cut me off.

    I have never come across such a rude receptionist, and doctor in the surgery today. I truly believe this surgery, most of the staff, ( not all) and most of the doctors are so rude, cart be bothered with us.
