    Never get an appointment. People on the reception dont talk nicely and they never help or advice to understand the situation. I will never recommend this surgery to anyone.

    I called up the surgery in October to book an appointment to get a blood test. When I phoned up I was informed about all the different methods for of booking an appointment, and a really good system - booking via eConsult. I found this so easy and got a confirmed appointment within 2 days at a time convenient to me. Haven't seen any other GP offer this so was very happy! When I met with the doctor, they were very helpful and I was given the time and opportunity to explain all my health concerns and the doctor gave me all the blood tests I wanted, so I was very happy with the appointment. Reception staff walked me through how to link my NHS app to my GP records, and now I can see my results on my phone. I got my results within 2 days and was personally contacted with a follow up appointment for one of my results and was able to speak to the doctor again regarding treatment. Continuity of care is really good and the service has been great for me. Thank you to everyone at Goodmayes Medical Centre!

    this is a terrible surgery cant get an appointment unless you call between a certain time we should be able to book an appointment when its not urgent but no you have to call everyday in the hope you get through within the half hour period its madness why cant we book an appointment say for a few days time or even a week when you just need to speak about your long term illness

Please kindly be informed that we provide some online appointments which can be booked through the app, some pre-booking appointments which are released 2 weeks in advance and another option, which is very time efficient would be to complete an e-consultation, through the following link https://goodmayesmc.webgp.com/ You will receive a reply within 48 working hours.     Staff rude no empathy and no willingness to resolve problems....I would not send my worst enemy here..... erratic and irrational and unethical decision making ..regards a patients needs ....this place needs a deep decision on everyday practice.The Doctor seem not to really want to practice in a professional manner.Staff are never listening or accommodating a patients needs? patients are treated worse than bad veterinary doctor ..

    It is has become extremely impossible to get through to the surgery on their phone lines. Having been in the practice I have witness staff chatting with colleagues whilst the phone is ringing & when they are on the phone they keep you on hold whilst trying to deal with a patient waiting at the reception window. The practice should take on more staff to manage the reception desk and more than one phone line. I waited 35 minutes before my call was answered. I have again tried calling and made 200 attempts the line is constantly engaged

    Dear Sir/Madam I am sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. As most of our staff are new, when they got queries, they are checking with their colleagues as they don't want to give wrong information and we are in the process of recruiting more staff. Regarding phone lines, we are trying our best to answer all calls and we have queuing system in place when handling calls.     Reception staff Totally unhelpful to my 85 year old mum who had got to a cab to the practice and she has trouble walking and hearing She asked if they knew a cab number for her to call to get home "No" was their reply ! And that was it ,no help offered at all she text me on holiday in Spain and I managed to get a neighbour to pick her up
