Had a blood test here today and the phlebotomist was amazing. I’m usually very nervous but she was friendly and put me at ease. She got the test done really quickly and I barely felt it. I got seen as soon as I arrived and other people leaving were saying how quickly they were seen.

Had appointment for blood test today,( I'm needle phobic),I must have looked anxious with my numbing cream on every vein! the receptionist asked me to sit down ,off she went , came back and said to go down the corridor, thankyou to her for acting so quick !, and i was immediately called in, the lady taking the blood was so lovely and so professional, so thankyou to her too !
