Booked an appointment for son. Nurse interfered and cancelled appointment and told me to phone the practice. On hold for a ridiculous amount of time, so went into the practice still on hold. Been told to go on am emergency list and wait for a phone call - this is impossible in my line of work. Now need to go to A&E unnecessarily. Unacceptable.

I’m a transgender individual, I’ve been working with my GP over the past 6 months to help progress my transition. The GP has been very accommodating of my needs and has treated me with dignity and respect throughout. I feel very privileged to have had such a great experience during this time when many others do not. My sincere thanks to all that have helped me and continue to help me at the practice.

My recent visits culminating in Surgery at St James’s Hospital have been my first major contact with the practice other than Annual Reviews and recent Covid and Flu Vaccinations. Without doubt the specific G.P.s and ancillary staff have dealt with me in an entirely professional and caring manner, either in person or via the telephone consultations that enabled me to receive necessary treatment prior to and after my surgical interventions at St James’s. I know that on on my visits to the Surgery it has been unusually busy with staff resources stretched. That did not impact on the quality of service in any way. I a, so grateful to all staff and confident that the practice is doing everything it can to maintain high standards of clinical care - thank you all.

The receptionist went out of her way and in her own time to help get the information we required. Doctors have always been really good when I have needed them too.

I needed a GP letter for something very serious that could affect my child’s life and was linked to domestic abuse. The practice manager showed compassion to my situation and was able to supply a GP letter stating my health.

I’m a relatively new patient with this practice.In the time that I’ve been with them the care that I’ve received has been truly outstanding. I had a telephone consultation recently and the doctor I spoke with couldn’t have been anymore caring or compassionate and I wasn’t rushed at all. They genuinely had time to listen to what I had to say and gave me excellent advice. I’m so pleased that I made the decision to move to this surgery and I would recommend them to anyone.
