Recently has a number of reasons to contact the surgery and also for flu and covid vaccines. Very good service indeed

Took my husband for his flu and covid vaccines which were given within 5 minutes of him walking in. While I was waiting in the car park I got a text to invite me for the jabs. I went in and got my vaccines. All done for both of us within 15 mins. Great organisation on behalf of Firsway. Well done - couldn’t fault the team - extremely well organised.

Out shopping on Sat when I received a text from FirswayHC. Called in on way home and received both vaccines within minutes. Friendly and efficient. Thanks to all staff involved. Great idea.

Heard about over 50's flu and covid jabs being offered and went straight down to Firsway on Saturday morning. Very efficient operation , both my husband and I were in and out within 5 minutes having been given both jabs.

I had a text alert this morning, put my coat on and walked over. I was in and out within 2 minutes having had both flu and covid jab. Very impressive organisation.

Very organised, very caring, polite and welcoming staff. Much better with a time slot. This flu clinic ran like a time clock.

Received a text this morning inviting me to attend the surgery for a flu vaccination. Although there were many people in attendance, I was seen immediately. The staff were extremely nice and very efficient.

Visit for flu vaccination. Very slick system. In and out in seconds. Practice very good generally but need to improve appointment system.
