   takes you ages to talk to a receptionist, give it at least 1 hour to book an appointment, and if u lucky enough to get a phone call appointment just keep your phone with you all day because they are never going to call you on time. I recommend to take a day off from work that day if you have a doctor’s / nurse appointment because thats what they expect from you i.e to sit by your phone all day long. P.s don’t bother to call them because they are going to say we are very busy and keep your phone lines free.
