Six months ago I lost my soulmate unexpectedly at an early age and I was totally lost in grief and unable to think for myself. I saw the same female Dr each month and she was so empathetic and had time to listen and help me see a way through the dark times. I now see a future with light and colour and I am grateful for all her help in getting me to where I am now. We are very quick to complain and not very good at praising so I hope this address's the balance.

We have been with the practice for 14 years and cannot fault it. The doctors have been knowledgeable, kind and sympathetic. Nursing staff efficient and friendly.

I have been registered with this practice for 5 years and have used it more in the last 1-2 years. Every GP contact I have had has exceeded my expectations. I have seen three different doctors and each has been kind, has listened, has included me in plans and taken extra effort to make me feel supported. I work in healthcare myself and only feel extra lucky to have access to the GPs at Evelyn.

I had a sudden onset of very painful sciatica and was able to get an appointment with a local private physiotherapist on the same day, a Friday. The physio called Evelyn Medical Centre and explained that I was in considerable pain. One of the GPs from Evelyn Medical Centre responded by calling me within an hour. He was very empathic and prescribed me pain killers and anti-inflammatories which I picked up shortly thereafter. Fortunately my symptoms began to ease within a few hours. I had a face to face appointment with the GP on the next working day (Monday) at which he prescribed further medication and a referral to an NHS physio and also responded to a different, unrelated and less urgent matter that I wanted to discuss. This was the start of Easter week with a double bank holiday approaching. Being unused to taking medication I failed to check if I had enough of everything to see me through to the Tuesday after Easter, and I realised only on the Wednesday that I was going to run out of one of the drugs over the Easter weekend. I called Evelyn Medical Centre and after consulting with the GP they were able to give me the necessary supplies on the Thursday afternoon. My experience throughout has been of a knowledgeable, responsive, kind, caring and thoroughly professional service.
