   Compared to my previous GP I felt welcome in this practise, and not like a big nuisance. Elm Tree receptionists are welcoming, quickly answer the phones. I was never stuck in a queue. As a new patient I had a blood test with my initial health check, I was pleasantly surprised this was included. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Without this blood test I would have no idea I need to work on my cholesterol. I am very glad I moved to this practise.
