I needed to see a Doctor due to a chest/cough/asthma problem. I contacted the practice through Patches at about 1pm today. I had a call back about an hour later, confirming an appointment at 3.40pm. I have now seen the doctor and my medical issues have been addressed. Well done Elliot Hall!!

Doctor was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They asked for the detailed history and checked all possible reasons. Got a call back within an hour of raising patches request and was called in for further investigation

Seen very punctually.Consultation friendly and efficient and most importantly not rushed.Would definitely book to see the same gp again.

I have been a patient at the surgery for many years. The staff are always exceptionally helpful and can’t do enough. All the Doctors and staff take such care with their patients offering expert advice and treatments. I can’t thank them enough for the service they provided for myself and late wife and we are lucky to have this GP practice serving local residents.

Once again this Surgery does not disappoint. A Doctor had called within 30 minutes of filling out a Patch’s application and a same day appointment arranged. Fabulous care by the practice Nurse and Doctor and the receptionists were helpful and friendly as they always are. I cannot rate this practice highly enough but service like this is extremely hard to come by. Caring, efficient and quite frankly outstanding. Thank you so much all of you

Oh my goodness. I saw a nurse. I've never met a medical professional who was so ready to listen. She drew blood. We chatted and laughed. She treated me like a human being. An amazing young lady.

I came to have Ear wax removal at the surgery and was served by a young lady Ear practitioner who was very polite, explained everything to me .She showed me before and after picture of my ear drum. I suffer a lot from it and needs regularly check up. This session with ear practitioner was the best microsuction treatment I have ever had.

I had an appointment with Dr. ??? (cannot name due to NHS guidelines) at 11.12am Tuesday14th March at Elliot Hall Medical Centre who kindly arranged for me to have a x-ray. I went to Northwick Park at 2.00pm that same day and was seen within 10 minutes. I received a text from the same doctor on Wednesday 15th March morning less than 24 hours from first seeing her, giving me the all clear. Absolutely brilliant service from both Elliot Hall and Northwick Park Hosbital. Many, many thanks for providing such a holistic, joined up and overarching service. I am extremely grateful to you.
