Have tried to get an appointment on several occasions only to be told “after being on the phone waiting since 8 o clock for an hour”that I would have to wait several weeks and to go to the walk in centre. However whenever I walk past the surgery there is never anyone in the waiting room. Makes one wonder if there are any doctors working there. Very unsatisfactory. Will be looking to register at a different surgery as it is totally unacceptable

Phoned for an appointment and was told to phone back at 8:00!the next day. When I phoned again they said all appointments were taken. Completely unsympathetic and unhelpful reception staff.
