Whoever I get for treatment or advice they are always extremely helpful and personable. Having worked in general practice I know how challenging their roles are and they do an amazing job. An example being the response to an online query this week, resulting in swift response, delivery of medicine to my pharmacist and booking a follow up face to face appointment. Thank you !

They always try to fit you in the same day if possible, they are the best doctors and nurses I have ever experienced in my 71 years.

This practice is so responsive. Their help and advice with my son’s chronic illness through diagnosis and now into treatment has been brilliant. His complex needs and difficulty in engaging with care are always respected and solutions found.

Both my husband and I have recently transferred to Eastgate from a Harrogate surgery and have both received exceptional service in person, by telephone and electronically via text and email. Well done and thank you.

Our practice is working hard for patients while continuing to deal with staff shortages due to covid which are adding additional pressures. We want to send sincere thanks to the team at Eastgate. We've had a few contacts this month and they've all been great. I called last week as we had missed booking one of my husband's injections and the Receptionist was fabulous and managed to get him a nurse appointment on Tuesday. She had offered Monday but he couldn't do that due to a hospital appt. It wasn't a problem and she was very accommodating. We also needed a new sicknote and this was done super quickly by the GP and, I have managed to book a routine f2f appt within 2 weeks. Seriously amazing service considering the ongoing pressures in primary care. Thankyou to you all. We very much appreciate the care and service you provide.
