Nothing but praise for all the staff at the practice. Nurses, Doctors, Office Staff, everyone is so friendly and supportive. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at this practice.

Needed the service of a GP three times this year for various illnesses. Each time reception staff were most helpful and courteous. Very good service and appointments booked without any issues.

I am suffering with terrible earwax which is causing quite profound deafness in my left ear, as well as affecting the right ear. After explaining that I could not have traditional syringing due to having had a perforated eardrum in my youth I was told to attend the surgery where I may be able to get a referral to ENT. The nurse/member of staff I saw was extremely abrupt (to the point of rudeness) and dismissed my request saying that referrals are not offered anymore. I was given a list of private providers and sent on my way. After seeing an audiologist today, and paying £65 for the consultation, I was told that I will need to be referred. All the while I am still struggling with my hearing. Weeks have been wasted when I could have been on the waiting list to see an ENT specialist. Very poor service.

My first time contacting the practice for an urgent problem. I was on the phone at 8am expecting a long queue but my call was answered quickly. I was offered a call from the nurse practitioner, I had a phone consult that morning and received a good clinical review. My prescription was sent promptly to the local pharmacy. So far so good but when I got to the pharmacy found that due to a supplier issue they couldn’t dispense the specific tablets prescribed. The practice was able to amend the prescription while I waited in the pharmacy and everything was sorted by lunchtime. Thank you.
