   Rang up to try and get an appointment for my brother who was feeling unwell, he suffers with multiple issues especially breathing, he had tried many times to do as the surgery said and ring at 8am but could never get through and he was feeling worse, rang on his behalf to be told to ring at 8am, explained that he had tried this, no movement from the receptionist whose attitude was not helpful, he still has had no luck getting through, I asked if there was an appointment in a couple of days time, to be told you have to ring at 8am, its almost like they dont want to see patients, maybe the doctors like so many are working from home, its totally crazy, they are supposed to help not hinder, what happens if your working and cannot call at 8am, do you never see the doctor, maybe thats the plan, the receptionists are like guards to the kingdom and your not coming in! Does the surgery actually care about its reputation because if they did something would be done to improve this terrible service, still days later my brother cannot get though and cannot be seen and his chest is terrible, then people get criticised for turning up at hospital accident and emergency, its no use the surgery explaining a triage system that you cant access, management need to look seriously at themselves.
