Registered with this practice some months back. Recently tried on 5 consecutive days to get an appointment over the phone and online. On each occasion was either told none available, we’re only working half day today or couldn’t even get through. Each online request got the same generic response from reception. Absolutely useless, you’ll get more help from a pharmacy. Curious that they’re still accepting new patients when they can’t accommodate existing ones.

I have been registered as a patient since birth. After ringing for an apointment, I was told I could come into surgery today. All of a sudden I couldn't get an apointment because I lived at the wrong postcode (the receptionist suggested I lived at an adress at which I have never lived). Previously, my apointments have been cancelled and I have been told by the unqualified receptionists to "wring round", to find an apointment elswhere Today I was told there was nothing they could do and to go elsewhere. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone, and have reason to believe it is being closed, clearly this is not surprising.

Excellent, professional, friendly, caring, warm and patient staff (receptionists, nurses and doctors). Always listen and assist with any enquiries whether serious or routine. I have been able to contact the pratice either by calling, online or in person at anytime (even during covid). No long queues on the phone and can always get an appointment depending on my symptoms or requirements. Overall I feel safe knowing I have this practice to help me to face life. Thank you.
